It is the icon of Sanjo knives, feels great in hand, cuts exceptionally well and the grind is just sublime.\u003cbr\u003eThe only problem that facing all the Yoshikane lovers? Its unique sanjo profiles do not go well with exsiting sayas. For example, they are 240 gyuto is actually 255 but not very tall. The Sujihikis on the other hand is extremely tall.
