The Sakai forger: a METI-certified Dentō Kōgeishi, fourth-generation head of the 1896 Tanaka Uchihamono smithy. Not to be confused with other Tanaka names in the knife world (for example the Hitohira Tanaka Kyuzo line) — Sakai alone has several.
