Is Yoshikazu Tanaka a certified Traditional Craftsman?

Yes. Sakai City's Traditional Craftsman roster names Yoshikazu Tanaka as a national 伝統工芸士, certified in FY1996 in the forging (鍛冶) department. He also holds a separate Sakai City Monozukuri Meister certification for knife forging, awarded in FY2009.
