Yes. Hirotsugu Tosa was listed on the craftsman roster of Aoki Hamono (青木刃物製作所), the maker behind Sakai Takayuki. As one of its sharpeners (研ぎ師), he did the sharpening and mirror finishing (刃付・鏡面仕上げ) for the brand's pieces.
