Yoshihiro Yauji is an Echizen knife blacksmith, the representative of the workshop Kutsurogi, and a certified Traditional Craftsperson for Echizen forged cutlery.

Yoshihiro Yauji (弥氏良寛) is a knife blacksmith based in Echizen, Fukui, and the representative of the workshop Kutsurogi (寬 -Kutsurogi-). He was born on 27 January 1983 in Echizen City, Fukui.

He is recorded in Japan's national Traditional Craftsperson register as a certified Traditional Craftsperson (伝統工芸士) for Echizen forged cutlery (越前打刃物), certified on 25 February 2019.
