Care
Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent, dry immediately with a soft cloth. Never submerge or dishwasher-wash a wooden handle — prolonged moisture causes swelling, cracking, and loosening of the tang. Apply food-safe camellia or mineral oil every few months to maintain the wood and prevent drying. Store knives on a magnetic rack or in a saya to protect both blade and handle.
