오즈쿠 수이타는 비교적 단단하지만 절삭력이 상당히 빠릅니다. 색상이 훌륭하며, 형태가 완벽하지는 않지만 사용하기에 매우 좋습니다. 불순물이 적은 아름다운 황백색을 띱니다. 숫돌은 나무 받침대 위에 고정하여 사용하는 것을 권장합니다.
