토사 히로츠구(土佐廣次)는 오사카 사카이 지역에서 활동한 칼 갈이 장인(연마사)이었습니다. 사카이 단조 칼날 공예(사카이 우치하모노) 분야에서 전통 공예사로 인증받았으며, 2025년에 타계하였습니다.
