타나카 시게키(田中誠貴)는 일본 효고현 미키시에 기반을 둔 주방칼 장인입니다. 그는 타나카 이치노지 하모노 제작소(田中一之刃物製作所)의 대표이자 공방 책임자이며, 그의 칼에는 본인의 메이커 브랜드인 시게키작(誠貴作)이 새겨집니다. 1977년생입니다.
