키리다시는 일본의 전통 조각칼입니다. 외날 구조로 목공 작업 및 음식 가니쉬 장식에 사용됩니다. 키리다시는 일본에서 매우 대중적인 공구로, 이와자키, 시게후사, 가토, 히노우라 등 수많은 유명 장인들이 제작해 왔습니다. 마스다는 산조 지역의 공방으로 목공 도구 분야에서 명성이 높으며, 특히 백2강 열처리 기술이 탁월합니다. 마스다의 키리다시는 완성도가 뛰어나고 가격 경쟁력도 우수하다고 판단됩니다. 이에 K&S에서는 기존에 키리다시를 많이 다루지 않았으나, 이번에 마스다 키리다시를 입점하기로 결정했습니다.
